Kaitlyn Nolan (Saltwater Studios Cohasset) first picked up a film camera in a high school Art Photography class in 2006. She continued to take photos as a hobby, but it wasn't until 2020 when she wanted maternity photos during a pandemic, that she learned modern digital photography to do it herself. This new knowledge led her to her first art show and continuing to develop her skills. In 2024, Kaitlyn was unexpectedly laid off from her corporate job while on maternity leave with her second child. She used this newfound free time to lean back into her creative side and Saltwater Studios Cohasset was born. 

Kaitlyn lives in Cohasset, MA with her family and is inspired by the natural beauty that surrounds her. Her work reflects the coastal landscape in her backyard as well as other quintessential New England scenes. You can keep up with Kaitlyn on Instagram and Tiktok.
